Okay all of these are questionable but the diary of Anna Frank? That was a required read for me in school (Germany) why TF is it banned it's literally just a girl's diary

My school didn't have a bunch of reading I read Holes like 5 times and Anna Frank in ninth grade and that was pretty much it kinda sad because it made me think I hate reading but I'm slowly catching up
