When a drug cartel boss, who has caused so much suffering, is assassinated, I really don't feel much. It was kinda the same when I heard about the CEO. Does that make sense to anyone else?

He was heartless and cold and people died because of him

Myron. Let me tell you about the 2 times (that I’m aware of) on which I barely escaped being captured and killed, not even slightly kidding, and I’m just another woman out here living a life.
I was grabbed on the college road to the most expensive school in the US, and I only got away because my subconscious was smarter than my conscious brain. I escaped with only a possible concussion and ran to my job on campus and never told a soul until recently.
It was only much later that I realized what a close call this was. Mostly I was trying to cover up my possible concussion, which was a bad choice, obviously. But I didn’t want people telling me to be afraid.
The other time was even earlier, during my first day as a 17-year-old come to Boston. I met 3 men during that day, the first of which might well have raped and/or killed me except that he had to go to work, and the next 2 men I met made me realize that I needed better. Those other 2 were good friend
Make light of someone, anyone being murdered by being shot from behind is disgusting. At least you get to make your feeble minded post. Good on you young lady. I hope you feel better.

I mean, that’s a lot when you’re trying to be an empathetic human, but she is spot on calling out the criminal lack of support for those that are abused by those in power.
