They already started there to punish Pritzger for not abetting ICE. These cases are not going anywhere. They violate key Constitutional issues. SCOTUS is not likely to overturn Appellate decisions on them.

Courts aren't going to uphold all these attempts. SCOTUS won't hear a lot, so the lower court decisions, likely to be legally sound, will prevail. It's all theater of the absurd. But, then, look whom we're talking about... 🙄
