Hi! Yes! Artwork is mine (digital photo manipulation on a stock photography).
The artwork was used on the cover of that CD, released by an independent record label from Italy! :)

its done in a way that glues the eye + attention on parts of the artwork and all of the artwork at the same time. very good experience looking at it! 🤩
