Came here to say this. During the pandemic KY Governor Andy Beshear's daily briefings were widely watched. We needed it then, and we need something like it now even more.
I would say the daily briefing/news conference job belongs to the Democrats left in the house and Senate. Ask yourself WHY they are not doing that daily. Ask yourself WHY they have time to fund raise instead of actually DOING something to help.
