I suspect Dan Scavino or Stephen Miller, maybe both, run the account. Possibly Stephen Cheung. The immigration rants. however, point to Stephen Miller - the racism and utter disdain for anyone who doesnt look like him just drips off these posts like maple syrup at tree tapping time.

It's hard to say for sure. The strange punctuation and run-on sentences, weird capitalizations, occasional misspellings.. the style is so oddly consistent that it's probably him mostly, or they are following some sort of 'trump-tweet style guide' that they all share, which seems unlikely.
