I had a lot of health scares that my wife had to help with the bathroom. She stood by me when I couldn't walk or even when it was too painful to use the toilet
Sadly no one thinks about the "health" part of relationships until it happens to them personally
I'm prepared for the day where I'm wife maybe more dependent on me and vise versa
People just dehumanized those who can't use the toilet that it's seen as moral failing for some bat shit reason
