Yeah, I had never heard of it but a chiropractor dislocated my shoulder; afterwards, I wore a sling, not knowing I should have kept it moving. I needed two cortisone shots and 7 sessions of PT, but that did the trick.

Thanks, it’s okay, I’m good as new now. Just wanted to give you hope that there might be an alternative to surgery in your case. PT is almost fun.
