As easy as it should be to just use paper, I like being able to look at their little predictive calendar. Weirdly grateful to be literally unable to have more kids, that’s so bleak.

If paper just doesn't work for you, Drip is one of the safer options. It is free and open source and it only stores the data on your device, nobody can get your info without access to your phone.

I have no experience with such apps, but thought I'd share what I've heard from some people I trust.
