My biggest lesson(s):
- pick up a single problem
- create an MVP as soon as possible
- find users for them
- see how they use my MVP
- fix issues and move forward.
It's rather my current workflow.

Exactly. I'm trying to create a startup since... 2005 or so... and failed all these times because:
- I picked up wrong idea
- I picked too big ideas to build them well
- I picked up the ideas that required too much marketing...
