We've been in a nursing crisis for five years. Five. It never recovered from COVID. Some of the best nurses I worked with crashed out, got disabled by long COVID, and MANY of their colleagues just outright died or killed themselves.

It has been Very Bad since 2020 and it's about to get worse.
