Is good- the crust is more solid than I anticipated but it's not as crumbly as the mix I'm more used to. It's very much more Bread than Cake, texturally, so i may just use more bananas in the future to make it more moist
The recipe was a generic one that came with the loaf pan, so it's simple and kind of unimpressive. However, it does provide a good base for experimentation
things i'd include in a future bananana bread- more moisture, this is surprisingly dry, and its teetering on the edge of "this could use some butter to make it better" which is pretty much a failure state for banana bread imo. also maybe more moisture would make the crust a little thinner
