It's REALLY unAmerican and I cannot see many officers going along. But - the plan is to "downsize."
Putin's going to love that.
The "downsizing" imho is to weaken us and homogenize the armed forces, yeah. But the weakness is just so we don't get into the way of 🇨🇳/🇷🇺 expansion.
