Dr. #JessicaBHarris, a #JamesBeardAward winner, has written many cookbooks.
She was lead curator on a Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) pop-up exhibit, #AfricanAmericanMakingTheNationsTable in 2022. The exhibit ran from February 22 - July 17, 2022.

The #EbonyTestKitchen was a significant part of the #AfricanAmericanMakingTheNationsTable exhibit.
After the exhibit closed, the Ebony Test Kitchen was later acquired by the #NationalMuseumOfAfricanAmericanHistoryAndCulture.

Another thing featured in the #AfricanAmericanMakingTheNationsTable exhibit was the #ShoeboxLunch.
These were meals packaged in shoe boxes to hold foods that were less likely to spoil or require utensils for Black families traveling.
