I once watched a reality show with my wife where someone very pointedly described something as having "supposably" happened. I started saying "supposably" all the time as an in-joke. Now, I have to catch myself any time I say supposedly to avoid saying the other thing.
If you didn't find a way to get your significant other to say, "supposedly", "espresso" & "salsa" and to see if they use "irregardless", before you asked or answered the big question.....that's on you.
"Obviously," when most times it's not obvious if you have never seen or experienced it before. News readers and reporters often say this. The other word often misused by TV news is "certainly," when it's not certain at all.
