As much as Iβd love for it to be that biblically cut and dry, this image is wrong and wonβt win any debates if used with anyone that bothers to fact check you. Neither the NIV, ASV, or the KJV say this. You could argue the actual verse indicates breath gives lifeβ¦ not that it begins there.
Bacteria are decidedly alive and can readily be frozen provided they're in dilute glycerol. The alive / not-alive distinction doesn't work. The level of organization is key here. The human egg / sperm / embryo are primitive next to a fetus next to a baby. Conflating embryo with human is theatrics.
