I'm poor so I borrowed your book from my state Library in ebook form. I loved it, and have recommended it to several friends with more $, so they bought a copy. Without Libraries, I would not be able to read your book, or many , many others, thanks for the book Rick, may you write many more.

The UK has a library system where authors get paid up to a limit of £6,600p.a. But I think they have to be resident in UK/EU.

PLR and ELR as of this year do pay authors for ebook lending rights as well as for physical books.

I thought this changed in 2023 and the Lending Rights scheme was amended to cover digital material, E-books and audiobooks https://minister.infrastructure.gov.au/burke/media-release/major-boost-australian-writers
