Unless you're running a server - memory is memory. Get a solid, well known, brand.

Also important to check the power draw of the PSU. Some of the beefy ones are too much for typical “pc” sized UPSs.
Add in all the "once in a lifetime storms" we've lived through and I'd say even the really not great $50 Amazon one would be better than nothing.
A good PSU is worth it. Last I read, the Amazon Basics one doesn't do passthrough so if your power goes out and comes back before the battery dies it won't draw from the house again until you manually flip a switch on it.
