Book 1 was moved: in 2024 and assumedly the couple years before that, it was at the top of the first climb, now it is at the bottom of a 1800' descent that followed a 1500' climb. #bm100 (2/7)
Last year several runners said rusty spoon was the worst terrain of briars, blowdowns, and rocks on the course. It also involved a 1300' climb in 0.7 miles. #bm100 (3/7)
Books are placed to follow the general terrain of the course, and make sure the runners stay on track. I find it hard to believe book 1 was moved and the first climb from the last couple years was kept. The first climb and descent of the course run fairly parallel... (4/7)
