Gotta share the bad as well as the good. Made lemon poppyseed muffins, but forgot to add eggs to the batter. 😖 They came out a little denser than usual, but not too bad probably thanks to the cake flour I used. Also was flakier than usual and didn’t rise or brown as usual. #homecooking
