let's understand something clearly- those wealthier or better off are vastly believing they are better humans and should decide things for others. and they tend to keep others from getting better lives-well, because they do not deserve it.

this is a statistical truth, not some explanatory 'model'

Yes! They do think they are better than everyone else so therefore should have more of the resources of your Society that is why they embed their privileges within the laws they create.
