Oh. Yuck. Honestly, I get extremely discouraged, too. For me, a walk often helps (I live in Vancouver), but there’s lots of resources, too. You can just phone 811 to speak with a nurse in BC. Or check on this website:

I'm pretty much financially buggered, relocation isn't an option. I'm long term disability due to my failing mental health.

I've tried a few of the available channels but the sad fact is that mental health care in this province is non existent.
