I appreciate his warning, but quickly note that he (t) is not “acting as though he is above the law”, he IS ADJUDICATED AS ABOVE THE LAW! That was the Roberts court decision. Constitutional restraints cannot withstand the ruling that his official acts cannot be crimes. It’s like his own golden rule!
