Ran to Windsor this morning. Picked up Thames Path at Kingston, dry apart from between Runnymede and Old Windsor where there's a quick divert, the trail in Dachet where I just stayed on the road, and under the rail bridge in Windsor Great Park, where it's get your feet wet or double right back.
