It could have been either one but its not a terrible thing. Herro's team was over .500 when they voted, Young's under .500. Herro has no other shot creators with Butler gone and is doubled all game long. Herro also has taken over directing the help defense this season as Adebayo has regressed a lot

Harden over Kyrie isn’t exactly what the young NBA fan wants to see.
Also, let’s call a spade a spade: Steph is no longer an All Star. The NBA needs to start marketing the LaMelos and other exciting young stars.
