Assuming we still have a constitutional judiciary system working as expected.
Universities, politicians and more have started to kiss the ring to fall in line.
Aside from having means to sue, you have to have a system willing to follow the law to sue.

💙 That’s a great point. 💙 While people can sue, the reality is that most don’t have the resources to take on a federal agency. It’s an uphill battle, and that’s why legal aid and advocacy are so critical in making sure these agencies are held accountable.
