I was a vegan for a while but turns out I have some seriously conflicting food intolerances, so I had to stop or, yunno, die.
Since then I have shifted to a pro ethical farming mindset. Give rare breed animals good lives, support small farmers, grow my own foods if possible, hunt invasive species.

But ultimately if I am forced to eat vegan I will have a very bad time and die. So that kind of set my allegiance a bit.
I feel that if you cannot look your dinner in the eye, you shouldn't be eating it.
I cared for our animals & teared up when we had to euthanize them, slaughtered animals too.
My favorite hand reared cow #1631 had a lovely temperament and loved head scratches.
I try only to eat happy cows and sheep with gamboling debts.
I have no intolerances.
I have the income to support this.
I have amazing partners that support this.
There is no ethical consumption under capitalism. There is no perfect solution.
All we can do is what we can do.
But this has to be within our means.
You’re doing great!
Really like your approach, can’t feel bad about it if it’s ethically done and you need it to survive
