The feed is down at the moment since the operator is moving but it's a lot like Favstar was since it's based on # of likes. I think Favstar was more curated, but the droll to scroll ratio is similar.
There's also a personal bangers feed (down for the same reason). I would like to see a full-powered Favstar though. There were some rumblings about a relaunch on Mastodon but I never saw anything after the initial announcement.
