The last ship had 35,000 tons of gasoline onboard, that's worth over 20 million. The ship is old but probably worth 10s of millions. That's getting close to 75-100 million combined. Sell it off, pay for damages, send the rest to Ukrainian weapons companies. That will make them think twice.

I personally think the best thing Finland could do to send a message is send Ukraine 50 or so missiles with no restrictions on their use along with seizing the cargo/ship and selling it. Make a big public statement that the shipment of missiles is in response to the hybrid warfare, make them pay.

That's from interest on frozen Russian assets, seizing the ship/cargo and selling it would be a bigger deterrent. Those assets were frozen the first years of the war. Sabotage is only increasing. Taking the ship will make less nations like the UAE who owns this one less likely to let it continue.
