I'm afraid that these sabotage attempts really need to be treated as a military attack. They just need to produce evidence Russia is behind them. We can't afford to ignore this. The attacks are real.

In Germany we are aware of these attacks, but reluctant to accept puny little russia as a nation waging war on us. Russia might have nukes and lots of empty land but it ultimately had only about 1/3 of the economic power of Germany and we don't know how much of this survived to this day.
