Seems to me like the Baltic States, Poland, France and the UK have been leading the way, while Scholz has been loudly encouraging everyone except Germany to get with the program. As a German-American, I'm embarrassed to have noticed this.
Commit aircraft to fly to Ukraine as a "Show Of Force" to Russia. One week after your meeting have ALL committed aircraft fly along the border of Ukraine and make a turn into Ukraine airspace at the same time. Fly 100 Kilometers into Ukraine!!!!

With all of Europe behind him, Germany has the military potential & economic heft to not only halt the Russian assault on the continent, but to roll them back all the way to Moscow. Driven by the need to defend liberal democracy, the Germans could easily thwart Tsar Putin—with or without the USA
