If your restaurant doesn't allow substitutions or special requests, either in person or online, that's as much as saying "don't eat here if you have food allergies or intolerances," & I'm like a gnat's ass hair away from saying the about anywhere doesn't clearly list all of their dishes' ingredients

Although restaurants are tricky because of low-sodium diet- lots of little places have no nutritional information

Portugal, you’d be fine in though. Plenty of places less than a 15 minute walk from my apartment that would cater to you.
