This is mostly about internal messaging, but it does discuss the lawsuits they're leveling, and the procedural tactics they're using. I'm fine with them having a Plan A to get leverage from the debt ceiling, but I really want them to also have a Plan B for what they'll do if Musk/Trump/Bessent say "the debt ceiling was always stupid and we're going to ignore it".
