When COVID came, a friend contacted me and asked if it happens according to my story :-)
But I have to agree, as someone who works with apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic settings, the pandemic and all resulting events definitely upped the bar to come up with new overblown ideas. But it also proved right some old tropes that people said would NEVER happen like this irl 😬
I hope things align to let you make it one day.
But is there a comic or a movie based on it? 😅
(also if you don’t mind, problematic how? Just an edgy child of it’s time? Certain themes in the comic? Or generally the author being a not cool guy for something they did-)
