Given that Putin (according to Bob Woodward’s book War) seriously considered using tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine, but was eventually dissuaded by Biden, I think a lot of countries might feel they have no choice.

We really don't have a choice, though.

I'm just worried we're all still too mired in orthodox thinking and an obsession with consensus and following procedures to get it done in time (looking at you, Norway). We desperately need to a shift to a Wartime mentality asap to Get. It. Done.
