There is no order back to work. Once someone is dismissed, that ends the employment relationship. That isn't reversible. The USDA needs to compensate the fired employees for wrongful termination and then offer them positions.

They are bringing them back. Not sure on backpay but they got their jobs back.

(I may or may not work for the usda and am happy for these people to get their jobs back and still pissed any got fired by this administration at all)

The government must make another job offer. There is no employee/employer relationship once the employment ends.
