Looks like the patterns of behavior that were unhealthy for me on Twitter are--surprise, surprise!--still unhealthy for me on Bluesky. So I'm going to limit my use of this site for a bit, and see if it helps.

(An incomplete list of things that are unhealthy: reading the comments on reasonable posts, repeatedly searching for new mentions of my work, refreshing multiple times a minute because I'm afraid of missing something crucial, backreading Everything (same reason), metering engagement)
(And just. By and large, it does not do me good to be around people who are angry whose only proposed action is 'You should be angry, too.') (Anger is salutary and necessary! But for me, it should galvanize concrete action, and I see SO much venting and baiting and stoking others' anger these days.)
