are you saying ai is fundamentally limited or just it isn't good enough yet? I find ai skeptic arguments unpersuasive because they keep walking back what cognitive task is unique to our brain. Like religion walking back what god is responsible for as science explains weather, health etc etc..

100% when I needed to talk to CS, i had things to be resolved or reverted, not just looking for some info. Dont know any agentic AI can do that yet. Now I wonder how long until we see Salesforce reverse course on hiring next (if they ever did what they said).
