Yes! The Pine Deep trilogy needs more respect put on its name. It was one of my all time favorite reads. A truly epic adventure that rivals The Stand in my opinion.

I'd love to see a series based on Kate Wilhelm's "Charlie & Constance" detective stories (which sometimes veer into sf/fantasy territory). I'm hard pressed to cast Constance, since I imagine her resembling Wilhelm's author photos, but wonder if Chris Meloni would be up for for playing Charlie.
