Oof, WoL L'rahn follows my RP version of himselfs backstory up until he got the echo. He got badly bullied as a child due to his fathers paranoia about his magic, so he ended up being very skittish, untrusting and reserved - something that went on until he made friends in the Studium and Scions.

Chinua was a fairly normal child, albeit one figuring out what gender dysphoria is. Her overtuned Echo awakening as a tween was the catalyst for her becoming the anxious and withdrawn person she begins ARR as, unable to cope with the thoughts and feelings of everyone around her.

As a child, Kani was sort of babied by her pirate family not knowing that they were bad people/dangerous to be around. This caused her to grow up naive and spoiled. It wasn't until she started taking on jobs when she was 12 that she discovered the brutal life of piracy!

The more and more jobs she went on the more jaded and cold she became. This cold exterior only started to crack when she left Limsa and went on a journey of self discovery. And it fully cracked once she met Nota and all her friends in Wayward Path! :hap:

K’ome was the only child her age in her tribe, and she was a terror! Always trying to be like the older kids, sneaking out to hunt with them.
That helped her when she became a street rat in Ul’dah, doing anything to survive.
