Resolution (Brawler) makes it more hard for enemies to knock you down
Dragon style one (forgor name of it) is so that you don't use heat, prob the most useless one

resolution makes it so that you cant be knocked down
godspeed makes you faster
destruction makes you stronger
yinglong makes it so that you basically have infinite heat but just that you’re gonna have to regain it back after activating
