Can you share your homemade Apple Butter recipe?

Sure. 10 lbs apples peeled, cored cut in quarters. Put in Crockpot add 1/2 cup liquid of your choice, I usually use an unsweetened apple juice. Cook on high 8 hours covered, stir and cook òn medium 4-6 hrs uncovered. Add cinnamon and sugar to taste. Cook on medium till thick.
