Last night at about 2AM, my family and I woke up to bangs on the door from the Pennsylvania State Police after an arsonist set fire to the Governor’s Residence in Harrisburg.

I think a key part of this story is how this attacker's mother tried all last week to get him some mental health help - and was unable to get it. After all this time, seeing so many people harming themselves and others due to lack of help- why are we still unable to respond?

Trump has spent years communicating that violence is OK, especially when it's against people Trump or his minions dislike or violent division among Americans. Violent, harmful attacks on the unprepared make some people feel powerful and they even find it entertaining. Sadly, it will get far worse.
