💯! I figured a full 8 hours for me is ideal. Everyone is different, but having circadian rhythms well balanced and doing some positive lifestyle habits to make sure we get good nights rest is priceless.

It’s a luxury to have a peaceful life where you feel comfortable enough to rest. Stress, anxiety, worry, fear, etc. prevent many from sleeping.
