They argue that ghost guns are not firearms because they are assembled from parts, and the ATF should not be regulating parts. Their dissent is destroyed by the majority, point by point.

Then those two cheats have an argument that stinks because if the devices are not firearms then they are not arms--thus not covered by the cheats' interpretation of 2A--and as such can be regulated freely and easily.

As a Californian, I'm used to Thomas and Alito using specious arguments to rule against our gun laws, like that the founders, living in a time when the best trained shooters could only get off several rounds per minute. envisioned assault weapons with large, quickly changed magazines.

It's really good news, but it never should've gotten to the Supreme Court. The 5th Circuit should be ashamed of itself for it's ruling that ghosts guns are legal. The law is very clear.
