Tonight’s dinner was leftover roast beef turned into crispy beef stir fry. I cut the beef, coated it in flour then fried it til crispy (but maybe not long enough), and made a veg stir fry with a sauce of lemon juice, soy and sweet chilli sauces, chilli and salt. Served with kimchi and rice noodles.
