Every year about this time I always read a book about differential forms because I've convinced myself that understanding them will make everything clear in a way that I can pass on to engineering students, but I never quite get there.

This year it's Geometric Vectors by Gabriel Weinreich, who I'd only known for his work on violins. His arrows, stacks, thumbtacks and sheafs got me closer, but I'm still not there.
