It’s so crazy to me people still have the attitude “The Dems have no power. They were paralyzed when they had power.” There is an organization called DOGE that doesn’t appear to have any lawful authority other than a presidential endorsement, clearly you don’t need actual “power” to just take action

Right. Funny thing is, if trump is successful they'll be superfluous and cast aside to live off their millions (best case), relegated to a party in name only to be controlled opposition with zero real power, or outright killed as a show of force and made examples of. They think they'll be spared.

As an actual far left extremist this is very heartening for me. Finding representatives not beholden to Neoliberal ideas and performative virtue signaling with no actions is paramount if the “dems” want to survive.
