Exactly. I always knew corporations showing solidarity was largely performative and just another way to make money but hey at least we're all being honest now.

I have a theory

I think the next administration is going to push a new interpretation of discrimination law, that having quotas and hiring for diversity is going to be viewed as discrimination, these companies have been briefed and are making the changes early

Oh they are definitely going for that angle. We already hear that rhetoric from some crybaby snowflakes that just can't stand for others to have rights so yeah .. definitely heading that direction. 😮‍💨
