Focus on the real problems. Gig economy is simply terrible. Use of technology to kill or control people is simply terrible.
The problem is that in THIS case, workers wouldn't have willingly contributed to this deadly application, including Googlers (per the article).
Also, workers in Kenya and other countries suffer trauma and PTSD from "normal process" of "just labeling".
The Google people I have little sympathy for. They turned a blind eye and then clutched their pearls. Dont Be Evil was removed years ago.
